Hi, I'm not an English native speaker, so I'm having a trouble reading a magazine from Europe. So, so will someone help me?

In the article I am reading, it is talking about "wide spanned greenhouse". "Wide spanned greenhouse" is as same as "wide span greenhouse", right?

and the sentence is followed by the sentence starting with a phrase "inside each span", I can't understand the word "span".

This "span" is the same meaning as "a single-span greenhouse"?

Another sentence also confused me.

"Empty harvested gutters are hosed clean and via a cart above the drop are transported to the other side of ...."

I can't understand "via a cart" and "above the drop".

Cart like a shopping cart? or a technical term?

What is "drop"?

Span is the distance between supports.

A wide span would indicate a greater distance between support walls.

Gutters are the growing trough or container in which the crops are grown.

Once harvested,the plant residue is disposed of via wheeled containers.

This referance indicates a Hydroponic type facility.

When English becomes some ones native language, the usages, grammer etc become colloqual and may go wrong.

Hosed clean means wash using a hose (flexible pipe) to clean...

via means with the help of ( vide is another usage)....

cart above the drop means... a big vessel ( funny usage like bullock cart) placed below the source of water which comes out like a drop and is collected beneath in the cart placed below which is then moved to any other place.

Native speakers...Please do not distroy the beauty of english.
