  1. In May, my brother was coming back from a Celtics game, and he was caught speeding in  I think Maine.  It was close to the New Hampshire boarder, but I don't know where he officially was caught speeding.  He was doing 105 on the turnpike, and he had to go to court yesterday.  Because it was over 100 MPH, it is considered criminal speeding.  He is 17, and pleaded not guilty to buy some time, because an attorney offering advice at court says that they want to put him in jail for 72 hours, along with a fine and suspension.  He is really scared.  Some of his friends have been caught speeding, and they have had their license suspended for 30 days for the first offense, 60 for the second, so I wouldn't be suprised if you did

  2. New Hampshire follows the point system for suspending a drivers license, they also have the option to attend drivers school and keep the points off of your record, one ticket should not cause a suspension of your driving privileges.~
