NHL 08 crated players?

How do you use created players in dynasty mode or can you?

create them then go to roster management and add them to whatever team you plan on using for your dynasty.  They will be on your team when you start your dynasty.

i think you have to add them to your teams roster first and then go into the dynasty mode
