NHL 09 Issues Already?

The NHL 09 cover came out and the winner was Phaneuf. Should have been someone on the Red Wings or Pens because..... well.....they were in the finals. Any way, the trailers and screenshots came out and they looked like NHL 08. I know it is too early but still, if they release something, it better be good. Are there going to be issues with the goalies and be a glitchy game or will it be a superb game?

B.S.  Why Phaneuf?  Because he's a Norris candidate?  How about a player from the Wings or Pens, or the defenseman who will actually WIN the Norris?

I must say their choices made at odd times.  AO was picked after his sophmore slump, as was staal.  The sensible choice would have to be lidstrom or zetterberg or even crosby.

Yeah in a way a wing or a pen should have made the cover but Phaneuf had a solid year. I guess its easier for me to say cause I am a flames fan.

Also I think NHL 09 will pretty much be the same as 08 I believe it will be better than 08 but just slightly. The only thing different will be just up to date rosters and maybe a few new features but I wouldn't expect much

In NHL 09, there's going to be a Superstar mode like they have in Madden NFL (start in the minors, make your way up to the majors). Besides that, I haven't heard that much about the game.
