NHL Copyrighted logos

If i bought an NHL set to use for my table hockey league and if my table hockey league had its own league name would i be violating any NHL copyright rules? Also if i buy differnt sets from differnt componys will the componys be upset with me? i am not making any money off of this.

  1. Non-commerical, private use is fine.

    Where you would run into trouble is by advertising your league, or trying to sell spots in your league, or selling tables that have copyrighted trademarks on them.


  2. even if you are infringing on NHL copyrights, or violating terms of the CBA, I don't think you're going to get arrested for running an underground table hockey league.  I wouldn't worry about it.
