Granted I'd love him in NJ but if it would quiet the B.S I wouldn't mind sending him with Jagr....It's getting old now!!!

  1. Not really, Sundin's been too picky about who he wants to sign with.

  2. I wouldn't expect him to make a decision anytime soon...he said he was going to take his time. I'm assuming that means months...not weeks

  3. he wants to go to a canadian team i think that vancouver could work because i think as a leafs fan he is still a great player to have on a team now that vancouver have lost a great captain and a leader for the canucks they can get sundin to lead the vancouver canucks.

  4. had the mifoutune when younger of playing with typical vancouver mis-managed sports team . i dont think he will sign with canucks . possibly montreal if any n h l  team . russia seems best choice more money no hassels . pure fininacial gold . love the way the canucks mangemeny have screwed around and lost good players . i really think they should leave vancouver move to hawaii . along with all other vancouver franchises . been waiting for championship ring since 1967 . typical vancouver management . just for the purpose of smashing it to pieces .

  5. if he pulls a Selanne, ill lose all respect for him

  6. He's probably still holding out to receive an offer from Ottawa, but we don't want him - he's too tainted with blue and white...

  7. yeah just go to russia and have fun with jagr

  8. I second that...wouldn't mind him in NJ but its definitely been enough already.....i was sick of this before the trade deadline and he's just dragging it out.....just do SOMETHING already!

  9. He said he is going to wait a while, but i dont understand what he is waiting for

  10. A week? You weren't around here during the trade deadline. His name has been coming up since then.

  11. I'll bet he pulls a Selanne and signs mid-season with a contender.

  12. Well, he has always made a big deal out of "retiring a leaf" and I hope he does... It would suck if he went to one of Toronto's "rivals" though... (it hasn't been much of a rivalry as of late however... especially since the Leafs haven't really been putting up much of a fight). =(

  13. I am pretty sick of wondering/caring.  It won't really make a difference in the grand scheme of things.  He's one player, way past his prime, and his options don't seem too formidable to me as far as playoff contention goes.  Maybe if he went to the Habs, but even still I would not be particularly worried as a Red Wings fan.  I will be interested to hear where he goes when it happens but there's not much more to talk about until that happens.  (It's funny that I say this while spending time talking about the issue right now)
