as leafs made 10 goal attempts while Stars made 9.
The final period didn't saw any change in both teams' respective strategies with the main emphasis still being on the defences. However, this didn’t work for Stars as Leafs scored once more in the final minute to seal the match 4-1. The goal was scored by
Kris Versteeg from a flick shot.
