I think large market teams that get great fan support have a chance like the Canadian Teams.  They all have the resources to rebuild.

NEVER is quite definitive and permanent. The only ones that fall into that definition are defunct teams that no longer exist. h**l if everything goes right, one day Atlanta may have a cup or even Florida. Therotically, anyone with a team can WIN a cup.

Since I am a long suffering Leafs fan I refuse to say a team that has fans on this site as I don`t want them to be disheartened. So I will say Atlanta. At least as long as they are in the city of Atlanta. Maybe if they move to another city they might win it there but definitely not where they are right now.
