NIKE ONE PLATINUM OR PRO V1? pick 1?

I actually played the Platinum and went strictly to the PROV1X that ball is awesome, then one day I saw the Bridgestone Challenge at a golf course I was playing at and I tried the Bridgestone B330 and man I actually hit that ball about 10-15 yards longer , I was hooked and they are about $ 7.00 cheaper a Dozen , I have played 5 rounds with the Bridgestones and they do everything the PROV1X's did for me plus I get a little more distance .

I too, use the bridge stone but pro v i think is better if your a person who likes to fly the ball to the hole instead of roll it

I would say they are both as good as each other.

I have never played with a Nike One Platinum, and I think ProV1's are too soft.

Soooo I would say Nike One is rarer to find on a golf course, and you could find alot more ProV1's

So buy the Nikes and you will find ProV1's around the course which you can then try out compared to the Nike.

If you ask 100 people this question, 80 of them would say the Pro V1 because you know its the #1 ball in golf but its really what ball you like and what suits your style of game. I play the Nike One Platinum and ive been consistently been sticking my iron shots and getting true roll in my putts. The Nike is definietly the best ball out there.

The Nike has a higher spin rate which is great for stopping (or backing up) the ball on the green.  But is also means it can turn a draw into a hook or a fade into a slice more often.  I prefer the ProV, but you should just try them both and see which suits your game best.

Nike One Platinum is simply better around the greens than the Pro V1.  It has a softer cover(the softest of any ball) and spins the fastest so you can fly the ball to the hole and it will stop.  I've even skulled a shot with the Platinum and it stopped within 20 feet of the hole.  Most golfers don't understand that you score around the greens and not off the tee.  The Pro V1 is the longer of the two balls(which won't matter to someone with Tiger Woods' swing speed), but you don't score off the tee.

PRO V1 - I think it has a better feel and is more workable. It's really personal preference though.
