NIPPLES & AREOLA'S TOO MUCH PAIN!!!!! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLZ??

Ok...today I woke up and my nipples & areola were very swollen!! If I have a bra on they hurt too bad, basically anything rubbing against both my nipples just really hurts!! My b*****s are normal no pain...but my nipples are killing me!! I took a pregnancy test today and it came out negative and its not my period cause I just got off about 2 weeks ago. I am 23 years of age, can someone please help this really hurts!!!!

This happens to me sometimes. I thappens to me when my b***s are growing, i'm about to start my period, or if they are just irritated. Sometimes its the laundry sopa i used but it just sets them off and it hurts. You are fine if it lasts more than a couple days go see a doc.

I think that if you are worried you need to see a dr. One negative pregnancy test does not mean that you are not pregnant, if you are worried see your dr about your b*****s and ?pregnancy. To help with sore nipples when I was pregnant i know it sounds weird and disgusting but a friend suggested putting a bit of vaseline around your nipples then putting a non sticky/ non cotton wool dressing such a gauze pads, or you could use thin breast pads in your bra....it stops the rubbing and it works for about 3 hours just change when they start getting sore again.
