NJ townhouse with grass yard? ?

I am looking for a townhouse in northern NJ with a small fenced in grass yard for my dog...please help! What community or towns have one? Thanks.

I am not sure about housing in NJ, but just a friendly reminder:

Putting your dog in a yard is not all the exercise it needs. Taking your dog for walks or to a park to play fetch will let out pent up energy that putting it in a yard will not.

When a good amount of energy is spent, your dog will actually behave more and be happier. A tired dog is a happy dog.
