NO INTERNET start up mublinder error after using virus problem help?

Question

Hi i have a problem after being infected with a virus with the red screen and error saying "your privacy is in danger"

I searched and found out its smitguard which i followed the instructions to remove the virus and re started and thought everything was fine now my mublinder comes up with four errors during startup

mublinder error exe language and also it says my mublinder program has to close

i wouldnt mind but after all of this i cant open internet explorer to go on the internet

ionly get another short-cut icon so i tried to reinstall mublinder but micrsoft wont let me install anything now.

if i right click on ie i only get four options

shortcut,delete,rename/properties and if i click properties i get

rundll32.exe -ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND

download AVG it is very good virus scanner and work automatically on your computer and remove trozon horse which is very bad virus scanner
