I want to know where to go camping in England.... somewhere scenic but accsesable by car? Any ideas?

p.s have a brill weekend.... its friday everyone!!

  1. I'm from Torquay in South Devon.  Best place to camp is the yorkshire dales or here in Devon!!  Come see us!  You will love it!

  8. I'm english.. I love Devon.

    Devon and Torquay. My relatives live up in Torquay and Newton Abbot. It's amazing up there. Really nice beaches.. Lovely weather almost always sunny. Wicked place to camp.

    My dad camped there a few years back, said it was really good! (: Go there to see family ever month, my fave place!

    Try the Lake District, it's beautiful and there are loads of camp sites.

  12. im english lol. stedham camp lol i think its in kent. campings not my thing. but theres site seeing and a nice trek through the woods and seeing widelife :]

  13. Yorkshire is fine but cold, nice site at Appletreewick small village two good pubs both do food and very good local beers

    Depends on where you are for camping in England. The gf and I do loads of camping in the uk when were home. The New Forrest in Hampshire is awesome - you sit outside your tent having your morning cuppa and the wild horses come up and see you to say hi!

    Also Cornwall has some fantastic 'get away and get ferrel' places. If you wanna feel like your going on Holiday head to the Isle of Wight. It's quaint and a little backwards but has some wicked poubs serving awesome beer as well as some well worth areas of outstanding natural beauty.

    Im from manchester and ive been camping in loads of places i would say the best place to camp would be, the Lake District but if you dont want to go there try this website ;
