  1. Try the UC schools, they are in California. They are very good schools.

  2. This website might help you: http://www.universitylanguage.com

It has a guide for international students who want study at a US college or university. Good luck!

  3. I'm sure no one in the US replied because you posted your question when  most people in the US aren't yet awake.

Some universities in the US offer aid to foreign students, but most do not. Many expect you to come here fully funded - prepared to pay for the costs of your education yourself, via family or government sponsorship. But some unis do give aid to foreign students.

I'll give you a link to a list of US colleges/universities that do offer aid to foreign students. You should focus on those. Many of them offer both engineering and business, and many are outside the major cities. You'll need to check into each one to find the ones that best fit.

  4. Hi,

The USA government has a website to assist foreign students. It is http://www.educationusa.state.gov and it has offices all over the world. I think http://www.fulbright-india.org is the Indian website of the parent site. In the meanwhile the following link should be of help http://www.geebeeworld.com/USA/Usa/Index...

You should have your SAT  http://www.collegeboard.com and TOEFL  http://www.toefl.org or http://www.ets.org scores to take admission in American colleges.

  5. There are always possibilities of getting scholarships, but as for location and schools themselves I would recommend checking websites. If you're looking for Business Management type classes check out the University of Phoenix, they do online classes or local branch classes depending on your location of choice and they are located nationwide. If you go further outside large cities you will have to have transportation but cost of lodging will be less typically than inside of a large city. Websites will tell you approximate prices of international rates for school fees. There is no maximum, that depends again on the individual school. What I would do is look up American schools that have either engineering or business management then look at locations and fees to decide on best option. Good luck!
