NO PICTURE BUT HAS SOUND. i have a JVC TV with IC BT1226EN so i replaced the IC but the new IC

i have a JVC TV with IC BT1226EN so i replaced the IC but the new IC didnt display anything yet the old one displays menu but no picture so could you help me with the Ic labling of TB1226EN to see if i can follow the video signal or advise me on what to do its for a client and i have tried but all in vain.
