recently reinstalled windows on my machine.now i dont have sound and when i want to dial up it says no dail tone. i have a yellow question mark in my other devices on Multimedia Audio Controller.i am using a Pentium (R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz 512MB RAM RUNNING WIN XP PRO version 2002. MY SOUND CARD ACCORDING TO eVEREST IS A SIS 7012. PLEASE ASSIST SOME ONE ANY ONE
