NO data shown on PS2

Question

When i start the PS2 slimline it goes straight to the browser screen.When i try to play a game or DVD Screen shows "no data available". Mememory card works and shows all data held. I have tried with a new memory card. I have tried to play a DVD nothing happens, it dosn't even begin and does not seem to spin the disc.
