  1. Such is life

Try getting more organised with time on the weekends

Friday night home work weekend free

  2. at school and on the weekends is ok its to cold were i live 4 them to go outside much at all during the winter months and their fine ...

  3. Try getting out of the rountine of the nap of some of the days for now, give them the time to snack & play outside.......its good for them to get fresh air & enjoy their childhoods. My wee girl does her homework then goes out to play for a wee while, comes in has her dinner then goes out until an hour before bed (so that I can get her showered & read a story in that hour)..........Once they learn to go without that nap before dinner it makes life so much simplier!

  4. My 5 year old son would go crazy.  He stays outside from the time he gets home from school untill dark.  Then we do homework and bath.  Kids need to be kids and play.

  5. Are you talking about a kindergartner or a full day student?

If it's a K student, they've got loads of time...if it's a full day-er, why do they need a nap and snack before dinner and bed?

If they really need a snack, give them something outside while they're playing...eliminate the nap.  It's probably become a habit, and is not needed.

  6. nap and snack  before dinner after school? what i the world? do  your kids go to school all day? because mine does and there is surely no nap and snack before supper, i have supper ready when she comes home, we eat, then we go outside and play, mom lives next door to me and sometimes she takes her out instead of me because i have a 5 month old as well and sometime HE is napping,,,but not my daughter. she  gets home at 4, goes to bed at 8, we find time when the weather is fit to go outside, and supper, homework, and bath always get done.
