I HAD SUBMITTED MY BATTER WHICH WAS BL 5C FOR REPLACEMENT AT NOKIA CARE CENTRE 90 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET NEAR GOLE MARKET NEW DELHI ON 09/07/2008 AND A TARGET DATE OF 29/07/08 WAS GIVEN AND A MANUAL JOB SHEET GIVEN WHICH DOENST HAS ANY NUMBER. NOW WHENEVER I CALL NOKIA CARE THEY KEEP ON GIVING ME NEXT DATE, NOW A DATE OF 30.08.08 HAS BEEN GIVEN I DOUBT EVEN ON THAT DAY THEY WILL RETURN ME A NEW BATTERY. WHEN I CALL NOKIA HELP LINE THEY ASK FOR JOB SHEET NUMBER WHICH I DONT HAVE. THEN I WENT TO CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE AND CALLED NOKIA HELP LINE FROM THERE AND THEY TALKED TO THE MANAGER AT NOKIA CARE. I WANT TO ESCALATE THE CASE SINCE THEY ARE NOT KEEPING THEIR WORDS AND NOT DELIVERING ME ON GIVEN DATES. CAN ANYONE TELL ME EMAIL ID OF SENIOR NOKIA OFFICER OTHER THAN THE NORMAL ID AVAILABLE ON WEB WHERE I CAN COMPLAINT THE SAME AND GET THE MATTER RESOLVED
