NOMA programmable thermostat - no A/C?

I installed this last fall and the heating works just fine. I just tried it again. But the A/C will not come on. Could it be the wiring or ...........??????

The A/C switch might not be flipped to on, on your furnace.  If you go look at your furnace you will see a light switch somewhere on the furnace, this switch needs to be switched to on before the A/C will start running.  If it isn't that, then I would get an HVAC person out because it might be the wiring.
