  1. Another "boo-a-roo" campaign should fix North no problems, even without that Sydney will win by a couple of goals without too much stress.

  2. Sydney, the way the played against the CATS, they'll take N M no problem

  3. yeah my tip is The Kangaroos

  4. the swans by about 3 goals.

    in recent times they have always been comfortable winners over NM. and the way they pushed geelong right to the limits on saturday shows that they are a quality team.

    if kenelly comes back i think his run from the half back line will be too good for the kangas to handle.

  5. um, im still angry with the Kangas for beating the Pies but im barracking for Nrth Melb. Swans i hate!

  6. no one seems to give the roos much credit, don't know what they have to do to get respect.

    i'll wait for the sides but leaning towards the roo boys.

  7. NORTHY BY 4 GOALS

  8. I'll say Sydney by about 4 goals.

  9. Well seeing that North is my team that seem to always go against my tip...I'm not saying...lol

  10. What a close game, i'll say Sydney, by 37 points, but i'll say it's close the whole way, beside the last quarter, but sydney in front at the third break by 16 points, it really does depand on how North Melbourne play, if Sydney lose all you can really say it is their loss, because after round 4 with 3 wins 1 loss round 5 sounds like a complete waste with only 3 wins and 2 losses, this is Sydneys standard though, they play slower and get better through the season, so that may be an advantage for the Kangas. Through and through, North Melbourne won't deserve it if it is a win, Sydney have been playing superbly, if North Melbourne do beat Sydney, it will be a hard road for the next seven weeks, with Richmond, Western Bulldogs and Essondon in their way, and thats only the next three.

    Sydney coach, Paul Roos, needs too make some changes in his midfield, with some work when the Swans get it down too their forward their is noone there, although this is Paul Roos's specialty, Sydney could have trouble, as they mark their men nearly the best in the comp, as they never move from them, but Geelong avoided that and took victory.

    But even if the Kangaroos beat Sydney they will struggle to make the top 8 as the season willchange occasionly, with the temporaral removal of Hall, seven weeks after punching West Coasts Brent Staker in the jaw, and Kennely with a Knee injury, which could be a serious outcome for the Swans.

    The ladder being now :

    1.Geelong Cats

    2.Hawthorn Hawks

    3.Western Bulldogs

    4.Sydney Swans

    5.Adelaide Crows

    6.North Melbourne

    7.St Kilda Saints

    8.Richmond Tigers

    9.Collingwood Magpies

    10.Brisbane Lions

    11.Carlton Blues

    12.Essondon Bombers

    13.Port Adelaide Power

    14.Freomantle Dockers

    15.West Coast Eagles

    16.Melbourne Demons

    After this week, these are my bets, and if my bets are right this will be the ladder after round six:

    1.Geelong Cats

    2.Hawthorn Hawks

    3.Western Bulldogs

    4.Sydney Swans

    5.Adelaide Crows

    6.St Kilda Saints

    7.Essondon Tigers

    8.Richmond Tigers

    9.North Melbourne

    10.Collingwood Magpies

    11.Carlton Blues

    12.Brisbane Lions

    13.Port Adelaide Power

    14.Freomantle Dockers

    15.West Coast Eagles

    16.Melbourne Demons

    That took alot of time too work out but i'll give you the bets just so you know,

    Ess-126  Coll-104

    Geel-154  Freo-112

    Ade-123  Car-103

    WB-117  WCE-73

    Stk-108  PA-86

    Mel-94  BL-93

    Syd-102  NM-85

    Haw-131  Rich-114

    Not sure about the scores, but pretty sure about who will win, but a massive outcome if Kangas beat Sydney.

  11. Hmmm should be close the shinboners against the best ever shutdown team

    i think maybe the roos  just because they will have their tails up after last weeks great win over the pies

  12. SYDNEY - Roos are too busy packing their bags for the Gold Coast

  13. The Swans will defeat the Kangaroos.

    Just like the Brisbane-Sydney match though, the home side will probably start favourites. Sometimes matches from the previous round can be an illusion to some people tipping for the next round.

    Some tipsters think along the lines of "Sydney lost by 42 points, thats alot and North Melbourne won their match and it's North's home game, so i'll tip North"

    But there is more to it than that. Sydney lost to Geelong - the best team in the comp and at their home ground (where you would think Geelong play their ground better than any other club being the sole tennant of Kardinia Park) - and (the) Kangaroos defeated Collingwood (sorry to upset the pies supporters but that's no great feat this season) and only by 7 points and probably cos of a dodgy (umpire's) bounce and a poor decision by Heath Shaw to handball instead of kick.

    Sydney

    lost to StKilda by 2 points

    def Port Adelaide by 65points

    def Brisbane by 17points (at the Gabba)

    def West Coast by 62points

    lost to Geelong by 42points

    compared to the Kangaroos..

    lost to Essendon by 55points

    def Richmond by 41points

    lost to Hawthorn by 16points

    def Melbourne by 48points

    def Collingwood by 7points

    Sydney's wins have had bigger margins than that of the Kangaroos and have been against slightly better opposition.

    And lastly, in general, I think Sydney are a better team than North Melbourne!

    So, What do I think... Sydney by 22 points.

    *and don't forget there's every chance that I will be wrong!

    sorry for 'waffling on' as well... just explaining why I think the Swans will win (comfortably)!
