NOSE AND LIP PIERCING

Im thinking about piercing my nose and lip myself which way is the best and what side should i get them done Can you use the ear piercing guns you can buy at walmart would it work

can't use piercing because

a) they shatter cartilidge

b) jewellery is totally inappropriate, and your teeth would fall out.

If you MUST do it yourself. You'll be needing sterile latex gloves, samll torch, autoclaved suitable jewellery, and a canulla needle. Blade needles are a bit complicated when theres a mirror involved.

Buy the time you buy all that, its just cheaper to go to a pro. And theres very little chance of Hepititis or worse, hypertrophic scarring or gum recession.

Really, normally not worth it.

I don't totally condemn self-piercing. Only when people don't do enough research, aren't amture enough, and don't know the risks etc.

don't pierce it yourself you could get an infection my older sis did it because my mom wouldnt let het her and it got so infected she had to get a bunch of shots its rele not worth it

I Did My Lip Myself With A Normal Needle.Luckily It Went Well And I Havent Had A Problem With It.

But I Suppose Its A 50/50 Chance,It Could Go Either Way.

I Think The Nose Will Probably Be Easier To Do.I Reckon The Piercing Gun Will Work :)

If You Do,Make Sure You Clean It As Much As Possible.Salt&Water Will Be Fine.

The Lip Heals Very Quickly So Make Sure You Keep A Ring Or Stud In.

Nooooo. Piercing yourself is a really bad idea. It doesn't matter if you use a needle or a gun, don't try it. The risks and complications go on and on. There are veins in your lip and if you don't know what you're doing, you may pierce through a vein and you can probably imagine how much that would suck.

I'm guessing you don't have the money or are too young to be pierced professionally if you're considering doing it yourself. Either save your money or wait until you are old enough.
