NOT recieved package from USPS?

Question

It says "delivered" yesterday (saturday 3rd) but I have not recieved it yet.

Does delivered me just to the post office?

give it at least 3 days befire getting anixous ups often takes a number of days to ccutaly ship the item from the location that it is commming form

Call the post office in the morning to verify.  Hopefully someone didn't steal it off your porch!  It happens!

This just happened to me.  It should mean to you (and usually does) but it may be that the mail carrier didn't have room in his/her truck.  Just wait a day or two.  Mine said "delivered" on a Saturday, but it came on Monday.

It may mean

a) You were not home, it was left at your door, and someone else stole it

b) You were not home, it was left with a neighbor who was supposed to give it to you, but they still have it

c) It was delivered to the wrong address, by mistake.

Call the post office on Monday (they are closed now) and ask.

Do you live in an apartment complex?

Sometimes if the package is too big for your mailbox, they will deliver it to the main office or managers apt.

Check with them.  I've had that happen before when I was tracking a package I've shipped.  Shows delivered, but the person said they didn't get it.  Told them to check the office and sure enough, there it was.

Delivered means just that.  It means that the USPS believes that the item is in your hands.

You should check your neighbors or people who live with you if they have your package. USPS tracking is horrible though. They should leave a brown or pink note in your mailbox if they delivered it to your local post office.

i had this problem too just a few weeks ago

i think delivered means it arrived and was checked in to the post office.

if you still don't receive the package within three days or the alloted time giving my the company call them.

Delivered means they delivered it to your residence.  Either they left it at the door or they handed it to someone who signed for it.  If you haven't received it, you might want to check with the Post Office to see if they are holding it.  Usually they will leave a note on the door or in your mailbox.

That usually means that it's been deliverd to you.  If it has, some times the postal workers leave it outside your house, a big mistake on their part because some times, some trouble makers take it, thats what happend when I lived in an appartment complex.

Check your mail again, sometimes the post office leaves a notice that tells you that your package has arrived.

not necessarily. This could mean they tried to deliver it but you weren't home.It should be delivered tomorrow and if it is not I would contact them. Just be sure to have your tracking number on hand......

yes thats what it means. Once it reaches the post office it has been delivered when tracking USPS

probably they got it late and since the mail doesn't come on Sundays they just held onto it 'till monday.

Report it right away if it says delivered and let them know you definately did not get it

It could be possible that someone is stealing your packages
