Where can one go to have a paper notorized? and is there a fee?

  1. I've had papers notarized at my bank and they usually don't charge.  It mostly verifies that you have signed the document with a witness.  It takes about a minute since they just have to use the embosser and sign themselves.


  2. Usually any bank has a notary.  The fee is around $5 to $10.  

  3. A bank is a good idea.  If you look in your local yellow pages, you should be able to find 'notary service' and they should be able to help.

    Fees are very nominal.
