  2. search up GIMP in google theres a tutorial of it too if u want to check it out on youtube just copy and paste this:NR2003 Painting/GIMP Tutorial

  3. If I'm thinking correctly, you "paint" them on the cars.  You have to use the pallet colors or else the car won't even show up.
