NROTC Marine Option?

Im in highschool. im in 10th grade. i want to know how soon i can apply for the NROTC Marine option. I have all my facts and done alot a research but couldn't fin how early u can apply for the NROTC Marine option

They're taking applications for fall 2009 now.

My daughter started her application early in her Junior Year for her Nursing Option NROTC scholarship.

She got it, but it was a really long and, for her, a complicated process.

She actually got a scholarship offer for a school she didn't even apply to/list as a choice on her application.  And,  that was after getting a denial during the very last round for the schools she DID apply for.  

She then had to scramble through admissions at that school in May/June, and her physical didn't get finished up/cleared until just this week,  two weeks AFTER reporting to her unit.

Was a blessing though, she not only got the NROTC scholarship, but also an additional scholarship from the school for room and board as well.
