Does any one know the penalty for doing Wheelies on public roads in NSW Australia. Can they impound your bike?

  2. that would be considered 'wreckless driving'... so look up if they can impound a vheicle for 'wreckless driving' and there you have your answer...

Yep, wheelies, stoppies and burnouts are all considered "Reckless Driving" in NSW!  Maximum Penalty is about $600+ fine, loss of license for 3 to 6 mths and possible confiscation of your vehicle! Depends on the copper that gets you how far they take it! Most cant be bothered with all the paperwork and procedure involved with confiscating a vehicle unless you have really pissed them off!
