NSW cheap holiday destination??

Question

I just want to go away for 3 nights with my partner for a break! We are on a budget though so were hoping to find something tried and tested that doesnt cost too much.... We will go as far as 5 hours from Sydney

Kiama have beautiful cabins, if you go outside school holidays and in winter they are really affordable. Theres plenty to do at Kiama and the surrounding areas. Perfect place for a quiet break.

Jamberoo valley lodge has a deal for $165 per couple, 3 course dinner, bed and buffet breakfast.

Batemans Bay, lots of place with cabins. We stayed at one for our mini schoolies trip that was about 15mins drive from Batemans Bay and was a bit of a dump but only cost like $50 a night (peak season). Theres some other gorgeous cabins that again at the right time of year are reasonably priced. Try the Easts Big 4 Riverside park.

You could try Orange, Bathurst or Nelsons Bay.

I usually stay in a caravan park (you don't need a caravan)

We hire a cabin, which is the best d**n thing in a caravan park for around $60 a day and this cabin comes with everything from a bed to a tv to a stove fridge an dmicrowave

If you want someting cheaper, you can just go for a caravan, I'm not too sure how much they cost.

If you want something even cheaper, caravan parks let u put ur tent up so you can stay in your tent in the caravan park for a very small fee :)
