i have lost the manual for my NTL VS205 it has  a built in answer machine and when u call the home number it wont let u leave a message so i need to change the settings for this

can you help?

My VS205 hs stopped taking incoming calls or even ringing . I have a message on the screen saying "03 MSG" Where can i get a manual? on line would help.
