NTLDR is missing error comes up repeatedly.?

Question

I received this error, followed recommended steps and fixed it eventually by flashing the BIOS. Now, two weeks later, for no apparent reason I am getting it again. The PC has functioned fine during the intervening two weeks. I am using XP Home SP2.
