NTSC and PAL help please?

I'm confused, is Pal in North America or is NTSC? Im in America so i should go with? which one?

  1. NTSC, you dont really have to worry unless you go to Europe and buy a tv, basically everything in the US is on NTSC, so dont worry


  2. NTSC is USA.

    PAL is in countries like Thailand, etc.
