NYLF Forum of Medicine: How does a teacher get a nomination ID?

I found that the teacher has to have a nomination ID to nominate students for NYLF. Where do you get such an ID?

  1. You ask an excellent question that I couldn't find a readily available answer to online.  Looks like you'll have to ask the folks directly at NYLF.  Doesn't sound like a problem... probably just some paperwork and then an assigned number for reference by NYLF.
