i was curious if anyone knows, if i take the physics regents and fail the regents, but i pass the class, do i still get a science credit? or because i failed the regents, do i get no credit at all?

keep in mind, i've already taken 2 other science regents and passed both, so those are the two required for the advanced regents diploma.

  1. If you fail the regents and are able to pass the class (since its worth a good amount), you'll get credit for the class. If you really want you could just take it over.

  2. dont worry about failing. you will do fine. you will pass the course if you have good quarter grades. Keep in mind, regents = 20% of your final average. For example, on the chemistry regents this year(unbelievably Hard) i got a 73. However, my quarter grades were 91, 90, 87 ,88. All 5 grades are averaged together and create your final average. I asked about retaking the test but my final average was an 86 which is still mastering the course. As long as you have good quarter grades to back you up, you will be fine.

  3. wow, no offense, but if you do not know the answer to that, maybe you should  oh h**l, i am sorry! i should not be so critical. anyway, you know what to do.
