Where have you tried?  Of course, the usual for your age is fast food.  Try the Dollar Stores or Pet Shops or the schools. Also, try the day care centers if you like children and are good working with them.  Are you still in school? These will usually work around your schedule.  Try the college for positions in the library or book store or offices.  After you turn 18 you'll be able to work at the schools food service areas.
