Roddick came so close to winning his second title of the year at Indian Wells, a tournament where Nadal also showed he was in dangerous form. Both had easy wins in their quarter-final matches. Nadal leads 5-2 in their past matches, but two of those wins were on clay where you’d expect nothing less. Leaning towards Roddick here, with Nadal to break his title drought once the clay court tournaments kick off after this.
