Nadal won't never take federer's number one?

Question

I think nadal won't never take federer's number one until federer retire what do you think? what player can go to semi final and almost win when he is in the SLUMP??? there is more chance that federer will be more dominant than last 5 years. He will win every french open and wimbledon until 35 years so he will break every record of born jorg. but, nadal won't win french open from next year so, he won't be able to break born jorg record. I think nadal won't take federer's number one in the future. see If I will be right or wrong and what do you think?

Federer may lose his rank but he will take it right back. Personally I am a fan of both. So I don't care as long as they keep hold of the top two spots. I would love to see them in a doubles match against Andy Rodik and Layton Hewitt.

right now i think rafa deserves the no.1 spot . but i think that roger will be back in a new way.from my point of view roger is the best player in the world of tennis but one thing we should keep in mind that "form is temporary but class is permanent" . n ya i m dam sure that federer will win next year's french open . and will beat rafa on his court like rafa beat king on grass .and i m sure thar his will be at peak for the next 5 years after that ......i have doubt

I sure do hope that Fed stays number one but it is looking unlikely. But i still have faith in him. We'll see what the future brings.

I think Federer will get his number 1 ranking back  back and beat Samprass's record (And win the French).  Yes, Nadal is going to be number 1 on the 18th but he is not capable of holding it like Federer.  Nadal is a good player but he doesn't understand tennis the way Federer does.  Nadal will HAVE to retire at the same time or even before Federer because of the strain he puts on his body with his reckless style of play.  Federer is just having a bad year but if he does well at the US Open, he will have his spot back before the French which he has a good chance of winning, just not until he is 35.
