i've been taking birth control pills since april but here lately i've noticed that my nails have become very strong and have actually grown quite a bit without breaking off. usually they just peel and break and i can't grow them out. the only other time i've noticed this happed is when i was pregnant, but i was only 7 weeks, and i miscarried. i don't have any signs of being pregnant and just had my period ..so i don't think i am. i was just curious that since bc does effect your hormone level, could it make my nails like this? it made my acne a LOT worse too, but now my face is looking amazing. i didn't now if the same rules applied to the nails as well.
