Nail polish color for wedding!

Question

Hey, I'm 13 and have a little dilemma. I'm attending a wedding tomorrow and the color theme is ivory. I have an ivory dress and all, u know shoes included...but I wanna spice up my outfit and wear Tiffany blue nail polish. Do u think it would disprespectful to the bride and groom or just plain 'whack'?

i think tiffany blue nail polish would look gorgeous actually

its not like they can expect you to have ivory nails

go for the blue, you can always take it off if someone says something but i doubt that they will

i don't think blue would match with ivory, so i would say either a french manicure or a light pink

Hmmm, you could never go wrong with baby pink. It goes with just about everything. If you want to spice it up, just add like a tiffany blue accessory like a bangle or long beaded necklace. That'd be cute. Hope this helped!

Well for one.. you shouldnt wear the wedding color and/or white (ivory counts) to a wedding..

and yeah blue would be tacky.. go brownish/pinks..

yeah,,,,ah not so much with the blue ok? I agree with a nice french mani or an irredicent pink or peach. You don't wanna stand out with something outlandish. And remember, your attending a wedding, not a pep rally or something.

Take it from a professtional Manicurist, definitely not the blue! of course a French manicure would be the best choice if you like the natural look, which seems wouldn't really make you happy!, I have some young girls that love it, and some that hate it! so I give them usually a beautiful highly frosted beige color, and they love it! or even a light frosted toast shade, can look beautiful! you don't want to take away from your dress, and have everyone stare at your blue nails! I really don't think the Bride would be happy! you can also try a light highly frosted copper shade, this also can look beautiful! hope this helps!  GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!

i love blue nail polish, but i do think it would be a bit to much for a wedding and it might ruin your outfit so i would go with a very light color

I'm not really familiar with "Tiffiany blue" but i do suggest that it be on the softer side...

I don't know if it would go so well maybe a french or a light pick would work better. =]

Or if you go with the french to spice it up add a pretty flower (but small) with a different color but nothing to bold on your two ring fingers. That would probably look pretty without standing out. =D
