or 2. Armenia, Georgia, & Azerbaijan

I'd assume that Cyprus is a Mideastern country even if it's a member of the EU & I think NATO. I dunno if the Palestinians are Israeli citizens. Perhaps the three ex-SSRs in the Caucasus region is EZly overlooked in this region.

Iran... Full of Persians

Pakistan.  Full of Pakistanis.

Sad to say,  both the United Nations and the US Military Command include Israel as part of Europe so if you are looking at it from a geo-POLITICAL view,  Israel can not be included as a "non-Arab country in the Middle East."
