For Duncan Probably Mike Bibby. Because Duncan's game is fundamentally Sound and Bibby fits that description. Nothing Flashy,Fancy,or anything that would make the highlight reel.

well judging with what you have you have a lot of inside scoring...  in  yao and duncan and a slasher in james.. what you need now are shooters...

here are my suggestions

Peja stojakovic: the guy can fake a shot so good and can work well with a pick and roll and is a deadly shooter... his underated defense wont be a problem you have yao and TD inside to help

Mike Bibby: a shooting point guard too... if you pair these two outside the paint you are guaranteed a SURE  3 pointer

other than that

Nash : instant offense and shooting too outside this will facilitate the offense very well

rudy g*y: athletic and can play the shooting guard position well

Yao-lets go with Kirk Heinrich.  Not great, but hes a good passer, shooter and defender, and excelles in the half court game, just like Yao does.

LeBron-Lemarcus Aldridge because hes a good low post player and defender, and would take attention away from Lebron.

Duncan-ummmmm anybody? lol i would say tony parker (lol) but since hes already playes w/ parker, lets go w/ Jason Richardson.  His Amazing athleticism along w/ his smart play would fit in Good w/ Duncan

Yao- Derron Williams because hes 1 of the best PG's in the league, and he also is great in the half court.  

Lebron-Kevin Garnett because hes so good, and yet so unselfish (like lebron) so they would fit great together

Chris Paul or Deron Williams, the best point guards in the league.  Jason Kopono because he led the NBA in 3 % last year and with the talent and speed of CP3 and DW, he could see a lot of open looks from downtown. and Shaun Livingston just because he will be sick this year and only a few people understand his talent

Since those guys (Yao and Duncan) are big enough to dominate the paint, I choose 2 guys (Allen & Redd) to take care beyond the arc, and they are not just shooters but PURE outside shooters.

And I chose Chris Paul as their PG because of his playmaking skills that would compliment all of these guys.

And if LBJ do his stuffs right then this can be a top caliber team in the NBA.
