  1. nothing at all, no changes needed

  2. finish the test cricket

  3. cricket gambling

  4. 1. Ban Sledging

    2. Abolish the limit on number of bouncers

    3. Start yellow/red cards for on-field offences.

  5. 1.  Match Fixing.

    2.  Players should have the right to appeal against the umpire's decesion (for 2-3 times in a match).

    3.  Sledging.

  6. 1. Make sure that players respect the over rate required in test cricket, too often we see teams bowling only 12 overs per hour, when the rules state that at least 15 overs per hour should be bowled. YES!! there are fines for slow over rates, but they dont work!! I would make 15 over per hour a mandatory rule in test cricket, and if a team does not bowl 15 per hour then they will get a huge fine or worse

    2. I would commercialise test cricket more, the interest in test cricket is fading, grounds all over the world are half-full when test cricket is being played!!. Test cricket is the most important and still in my opinion the most interesting form of the game. So i would try and bring back the fans to test cricket, by advertising test cricket all around the world. If the grounds are full then the atmosphere is electric and thus the match is played with more intensity.

    3. Use hawkeye for LBW decisions. Simple really, the umpires would have less pressure to perform, the players couldnt complain about bad decisions and if the technology is there why not use it??

All i can say is cricket would be better if i was in charge!!

  7. cricket politics and players behaviours

  8. 1.Players on and off field behaviours.

    2..Match fixing..

3..And the god damned bitching between so called Team Mates...

  9. 1. T20 - minimize it, i dont think we should get rid of it altogether, but too much of it is getting boring! its just the same thing everyday for the last 6 weeks! if you keep the games to less often, say 1 or 2 games per tour it will still keep the novelty, tho i must admit id like it gone completely, but thats just my opinion

    2. Umpire & Players Attitudes towards them - as far as i am concerned, and i dont care whether its test cricket or junior school cricket, players need to respect the fact that it is the umpires decision, and good, bad or indifferent, the umpire is always right and you accept his decision, if it goes in your favour then great, if it doesnt, too bad!! you take it, accept it and get on with the game! once the umpire gives his verdict, you cant appeal it or do anything about it, so get on with the game!

    3. Over Rates - at one point this summer, both Australia and India were clocked in at 11 overs in an hour, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! there is no reason for being that slow!! at disgusts me that in this day and age we cant bowl 13 an hour, let alone the 15 that should be the absolute minimum, theres not excuses for it, it must be fixed and teams MUST be punished when they dont bowl the required overs in the hour. heres an idea, let me know what you think, but choose a mimimum amount of overs to be bowled in an hour, and if a side doesnt do the required amount for no good reason (i mean i can understand things like injuries and stuff like that) then the batting side should be given 5 penalty runs for each other the bowling side is short, for example if the number of overs is 15 and the bowling side bowls 13, 10 penalty runs should be given, at the same time reward the teams that bowl more then whats required, by letting them bowl less over an hour later in the day (say if they bowl 17 in the 5th hour of play, in the 6th hour they would only have to bowl 13)

also give a mention to the Pitches, as i am sick of seeing featherbed flat wickets, i want pitches to have something in it for both batsman and bowlers, not the batting paradises that have been appearing lately

  10. KooKee is spot on, but don't let him take charge of cricket, he'd be a right little hitler! lol

  11. 1. I would like Test matches to have some color to them...they are considered the purest form of cricket..but people are losing interest in it.

So, I would like the introduction of colored jerseys for the teams...not fancy ones like in ODIs just simple light shades of the respective colors of the teams. The introduction of pink ball wont create problem in spotting the ball even in the colored jerseys.

    2. Super-sub had failed miserably but some modifications should be made and re-instilled in cricket...coz when a player gets injured and can't play (either bat or bowl) then it becomes a disadvantage for the team...hence a substitute must be given a chance to bowl or bat. (only in case of serious injuries when a batsmen or bowler cannot make use of himself).

3.1-bouncer per over should be revised and made 2-per over, coz bowlers have very limited opportunity in cricket so they will atleast get something to cheer up.

  12. I think we have seen many umpires giving wrong decisions. As we have very good technology so i want that all decisions should be taken by tv umpire by seeing close replay on everything. There should not be any umpire on the field. Or keep umpires just for guiding players not for decisions.
