Name Change In Texas?

Question

Does anyone know how you can change your last name. My daughter is now an adult and would like to change her last name. I think she can fill out and file the papers by herself, but not sure. We live in Texas.

Thats where you can register your vehicle, get new Drivers Licenses, get birth cert., ect.  I bet you will find a way or atleast an answer there.
