Name Change in the state of Michigan?

How much would this cost? Also, I'm changing it to the name i was born with, and my mom told me when my aunt did it that it was free. But i dont know what it is now.

you can pay a lawyer to do it for about $100, i think it is about $30 if you do it yourself, but it is a bunch of work......... just go to a lawyers office give them $100, and you will get a judges order in the mail, easiest way.........and you can take that to the social security office and go from there..........
