Name Change on approved H1-B visa after marriage before stamping..?

Hi,

I got my H1-B visa approved.

My Surname has changed now as I got married after the visa approval and now i have passport with new name but my visa has old name.

Pls let me know what are the formalities to change the name on visa. I am so worried.

I know numerous Americans who can't get jobs because Cisco, Microsoft, etc prefer illegally hire people who have no rights on H1 visas.  It's not your fault, but you are taking a job that plenty of Americans can do.  We need to start protesting at these companies.
