My arms are skinny, and i want them bigger, and bulkier looking.

Please name and DESCRIBE good arm exercises that will help me achieve this goal.

  1. My arms are skinny too. I got the perfect pushups and there great! You should try to do pushups every other day. First you see how many pushups you can do at most. This is called your one set max. Then you check what routine to do.

    If your max is 10: Do 8,6,4,2                    (The commas are resting times)

                        20: Do 14,10,6

                        30: Do 20,12,8

                       40: Do 20,12,8

    If you get 15 or 17 then be honest with your self and see which routine to do.

  4. pull ups, alternating curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, just flex while doing them and do not overdo it with too many sets. Remember your arms also contribute on shoulder days, and back days as well.
