Name Of Picture Resizer? HELP! cant think of name!?

I recently rebooted my computer so all my stuff is LOST! i had a program that resized pictures. .l0l but i cant think of the name to download it again.

I KNOW it started with an "I" && thats not much to go by but i hope someone can help me!

You can go on photobucket, create an account, and then upload your pictures on there. Then click edit on the picture you want to resize and you can resize it to whatever size you wanttt.
