Name Of Seventies Toy?

Question

Does anyone know the name of a toy which had a big head that you pulled, and as it went back to the shoulders it chattered. They had different characters. It was around in the early seventies.

Somebody else asked this question a while back, my sister had one I remember she drove everybody mad with it saying "are you silly toooo".  I don't know what it was called, neither did any of the answerer's to the question before - sorry.

I would love to try and get hold of one again, but sadly like you, I can't remember what they were called?

I had a girl one, that said things like

"Here comes my body!"

"I've lost my head over you!"

"That's quite a stretch!"

I used to play with her for ours, I think my parents even bought me two, as I broke one through so much usage!!!
