um stick in the mud where there is one person it and the rest try to run by and when a person gets tagged they help tag other people although they have to stay in the spot they got tagged

We played TV tag. When we got tagged we had to say a TV show, but we could not say the same one twice.

We used to play a form of tag in elementary school called "Who's afraid of Superman."  I think our PE teacher made it up.  Two people stand just out of bounds on the half court line of a basketball court.  The rest of the class was divided into two groups and lined up on the boundary underneath each goal.  The two would shout "Who's afraid of Superman?!!!" and the two groups shout back "Not I!!!"  and run to the opposite end.  All those tagged by the two Supermen/Wonderwomen are out.  Last one still in is the winner.

We never really played tag. Well, we kind of did. But we never referred to it as tag. It was always just "chase" because there never really was an 'it'. Or, when we played tag in gym, it was freeze tag. Or, occasionally, we played TV tag.

every one had a belt with a strip of Velcro there were two teams (colors ranged)but each person that was tagged was it (only one per team color) when they tagged someone else they were out of the game. the only time the other color team could be tagged was when there were 2 left in the game on from each color. the last untagged person won the game for the team they were on.
