I suggest you go to Assumption University of Thailand. It has a very good campus in Bangna, outskirt of Bangkok, Thailand, just like a garden of learning. The degree out there is not expensive and very high reputation in Thailand. Medium of instruction is in English and the school was well established more than 40 ago. The president is a Stanford alumni.

The United States has what are called Community Colleges. They offer  two year AA degrees. Major Universities have two year branch campuses in many cities. You could find an area/city with a local population of natives from your country. Board and room should be minimal. High grades will get you from there to a real campus. Grants and scholarships are avaible after you prove you can learnl. Use 'search' to explore the learning world.
