  1. Call it The Something. One word.  I mean like, The Bronze, or The Diamond. That way it can become a local hang out and people can be like, "Yeah, lets head down to The Blank!"

    The Grill

    The Cauldron

    The Cave

    The Cliff

    The Ridge

    The Canyon

  2. I always just liked the owner's last name... I'm a firm believe in put your name on everything you do.

  3. for marketing sake, put the name of the street it's on in the name.  Ex: restaurant on Walker Street.  Call it the Walker Street Cafe.

Or, point out a detail in the building.  The Stained Glass or the The Chandelier Room.  If you want to create a sense of history, call it the Landmark.

Just don't get too crazy, don't make it something that people will be embarrassed to mention to their friends or to tell people they work there, etc.

  4. Secret Love

  5. sometimes a far out name works, like......... The Dive  (in an upperclass area),........ The Rocks ( near a sandy beach) ......  The Drive Through ( pic of a cars rear end sticking out of your restaraunts wall on the sign).    a catchy name often gets noticed
